The hotel is conveniently located close to the main square and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff is friendly and informative, and the breakfast is tasty. The rooms offer great views and have features like a pen drive/lamp combo. a nice experience.
The hotel is not located in the most useful places, and some rooms may have a sewage smell at times.

The staff was friendly and among the friendliest I have ever encountered. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the center of town and situated on a quiet street with no traffic noise. The room was tidied up every day, and I appreciated the daily cleaning service. Breakfast was included and while it was nothing special, it provided a good start to the day. Considering the value for money, Augustyn Brugge is definitely an excellent choice for accommodation in Bruges. I sincerely recommend it.

The hotel is located just on the edge of central Bruges, opposite a quiet canal, making it a peaceful and picturesque location. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, with one member going out of their way to assist us. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, including comfortable beds and a large shower room. The windows facing the riverbank offered lovely views. The breakfast included in the price was a pleasant surprise, offering a good range of options.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for restaurants and even making reservations for us. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, as everything we wanted to see and do in Bruges was within easy walking distance. the hotel had beautiful family rooms with great views, perfect for a holiday getaway.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't particularly enjoy. the room itself was quite basic and could have been cleaner.
